WAR OF CIVILIZATIONS

The decline of a civilization leads to the
rise of another.

In every time period in history, civilizations have always been at war for so many reasons;  To assert their Authority and cultural superiority, to conquer and dominate all other civilizations, to spread itself across the surface of the globe winning new initiates along the way and submerging the weak and slumbering civilizations.

 The current global order and the most dominant civilizations is the English and European world order. Most of what we do, our thoughts, languages, mode of dressing and schools of thought, educational curriculum are all part and parcel of the European world order which was birthed in the age of inordinate quest for territorial expansion and glory that swept across Europe. The European Nations invested a lot in their conquest of overseas territories and in the export of their civilizations across the world. Political and ideological concepts like Liberalism, Capitalism, Communism, Socialism and democracy originated from Europe and became the two dominant global orders, dividing the world into two major ideological blocs: the west and East Bloc. These ideologies birthed and practised across Europe and the western world penetrated into Africa and other parts of the world which led to the Indigenous systems and institutions that existed for centuries in those Conquered Territories been discarded and replaced with the European concept of global order. 

The current global system that governs the world and bears a semblance of a world order is the Westphalian international system which was started in 1648 Europe.

 The creation of the Westphalia system itself was a series of treaties and agreements among European Royal Houses and Leaders to restore peace among their warring Nations. The agreements reached at those treaties were modernized and enshrined in the United Nations charters that binds all member Countries. In reality, the world is run according to the principles and dictates of the European world order/civilization. This was the reason why many European powers gave the lame excuses of having invaded conquered territories in the world because they were on a civilizing Mission, the Europeans believed the rest of the world was uncivilized, callous and Savage and they needed to be schooled on how to become Europeanized in their thoughts and perceptions. Whereas, civilization is an advanced state of Culture, and every nations and peoples across the length of time have always had their own unique civilization. When the actors in a civilization become weak and complacent, foreign ones are sure to invade, dominate  and slowly wipe out their civilization. Most times, civilizations die slow deaths without the people knowing or it dies slow deaths when the people fall into a deep slumber. This tragedy is befalling Africa and it befell the Great American civilizations. The collective memory of what is left of the great past of the Inca, Aztecs and the entire Native American civilizations have been forgotten and wiped out, today, The Europeans laid siege on these glorious empires and committed genocides and ethnic cleansing so as to occupy and conquer them. The entire native American civilizations were obliterated. This similar fate befell the Aborigines of Australia who were invaded and conquered by the Europeans led by Captain James Cook. This has always been the law of the global order. 

We have seen the age of the Emperors and vast Empires, when Nations and Peoples invaded each other to expand their territories for glory, honor and fame, we have seen the era of the crusades and Religious wars when the Islamic/Arab and the Christian/Jewish/European world orders clashed to determine the test of their resiliency, in the Crusades, both sides came to a stalemate and a toleration of each other's views and notions of God and the universal order and morality. We have seen the age of wars and aggressive Nation buildings when Revolutions happened and many modern nations were birthed, some were colonized, some became independent, some were crushed and humiliated, we have seen the era of the gods, when the sons of God dwelt among men and knew mortal women, thus giving birth to the great men of valor of old, who were giants. In short, the world has seen many ages and eras which has added new chapters to global History and taught humanity a lesson.

In the world of today, countries like the United States, China and the Arab world are fighting and striving to redefine the global order in ways and manners that will favor their races and kind. This is why Muslims see it as a sacred commandment from Allah through his Prophet to launch Jihad against the unbelievers and Infidels so each conquered territory becomes subject to and part of the Islamic world order. Every conquered Territory through Jihad becomes a vassal state to Saudi Arabia the home of Mohammed, this was why the Koran was deliberately written in Arabic, with the Arab Culture, Proverbs, ways of dressing, perception of the world, etc, been propagated and enforced in the mentality of the world through the sword.

We have also seen the United States standing firm in her spread and pursuit of the gospel of democracy, this gospel which is been preached and enforced on all and sundry seems to be a solution to the problem of wars, conflicts and injustice on the surface, but on a closer look, democracy has its own shortfalls and challenges, it is questionable on many fronts and it is not perfect and entirely good and blameless as the United States and her Western allies have painted it to be.

In these war of civilizations, Nations will rise against Nations, and peoples Against Peoples, Families, brothers and sisters would be torn apart, there will be incessant wars, conflicts and revolutions to establish new global orders, new global Super powers and civilizations shall rise, while old Hegemons shall be debased and lose their glory. The world will never remain the same, it shall keep changing and evolving on a daily basis. Humanity shall keep growing more intelligent and inquisitive of the world around him, we shall keep advancing in Science and the knowledge of the universe, at the end, the war of civilizations will continue, man shall become Gods, we shall conquer the skies and colonize unknown worlds to establish new civilizations. The history of humanity shall continue, the story of creation is unending until infinity. 

Nature will have its way at the end.
